Inspiration: We wanted to create an AI assistant that helps people make better, healthier fabric choices tailored to their unique skin types. Many people struggle with skin irritation from improper fabrics, so Noa was inspired by the desire to combine AI with personalized skincare guidance for everyday fashion decisions also while shopping we don't know how exactly the product is and by Noa you can get all the help you needed.

What it does:Noa uses an interactive skin quiz to determine the user’s skin type and then recommends fabrics that best suit their skin. Users can also upload photos for more precise advice. The AI assistant communicates through a friendly chat interface, providing fabric compatibility results and personalized tips to ensure comfort and style. Also it'll help you in shopping when you don't know whether the product you're shopping online is good for your skin or not.

How we built it:Using Lovable AI, I rapidly transformed the idea into a fully functional app. Lovable helped generate clean frontend code using React and Tailwind CSS, and backend APIs with Node.js and Express. This AI-powered platform accelerated development of the quiz, fabric compatibility checks, chat assistant, and photo upload features with efficiency and polish.

Challenges we ran into:Balancing straightforward, user-friendly design with personalized AI-driven results was challenging. Integrating image uploads for enhanced advice required careful backend handling. Achieving smooth animations without lag and ensuring accurate skin type and fabric compatibility logic demanded iterative refinement.

Accomplishments that we're proud of:We built an AI assistant that feels genuinely helpful and responsive, delivering real personal value. The photo upload feature for improved precision stands out. Most importantly, the idea took shape and became a beautiful, working reality thanks to Lovable AI’s innovative development support.FINALLY TURNED MY IDEA INTO WORKING THING!

What we learned:This journey taught us how AI-powered development platforms like Lovable can turn ideas into polished apps swiftly without sacrificing quality. We deepened our skills in blending UX design with AI functionality and learned to manage smooth frontend-backend integration.

What's next for Noa :Future plans include expanding AI capabilities for real-time fabric and skin analysis, enhancing conversational interactions for an even more natural user experience, and developing mobile versions to reach more users. Continuous updates will make Noa smarter, more intuitive, and indispensable.
