We wanted to help people in war torn countries so we went with a medtech themed project
This application has a login system which stores records in a 'noSQL firebase database' holding the name of user's, their national ID and the AI prognosis of their physical health.
Using new HDX datasets with health statistics about Sudan, we trained ML (scipy and sklearn ftw💪)models to help with diagnostic predictions based on symptoms(WEKA came in clutch after doing the AI assignment last night😂 )
These 'physical health' diagnoses can then be viewed by health organisations e.g. WHO so they can accordingly intervene.
But what about mental health??
We decided to use some sentiment analysis to infer the mood and state of an individual and depending on the sentimental scoring, you will be provided 1 of 3 of the best games(hint: look at this project's name)
As a bonus, we did a bit of CV to determine the positivity/negativity within a user's mood
