No live person

All robo calls should be made to display the incoming phone number to all called numbers. The incoming phone number should begin with a 0. This would alert all called persons to know that the caller is not a live person. 0 means no one on the other end. Examples. 042-5555; (area code) 336-042-5555; (long distance) 1-336-042-5555. This gives the person called the option of answering the call or not. Some people like robo calls. Personally I hate them and I would not answer a call with a 0 beginning the phone number.
