Many Students, families, and millennials face the problem of finding appropriate houses on rent when they shift to other cities for work or educational purposes. They need to pay unnecessary broker charges our aim is to provide good quality houses without brokage charges

our model predict the price range of a house on the basis of its features

we are provided with a dataset on which we have performed data analysis

we worked with dataset which was not familiar to us. we completed our project in limited amount of time

We achieved R2 score = 0.0003 Score on Train data = 0.95 Score on Test data = 0.94
