Inspiration
To gain knowledge and excited to do the projects of industry level.
What it does
It predicts the rent of a property based on the attributes like neighbourhood elements of the location,size of flat,no of bathrooms,no of bedrooms,gym etc.
How we built it
We developed the android based app as user interface and for the machine learning as a back end,we created our python generated client and server which sends the request and receives the response and hence finally predict the value.
Challenges we ran into
Machine learning implementation in android app, develop a good UI , create local based client and server generated by python script.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Developed the android app which successfully predicts the rent of a property with the accuracy around 85%.
What we learned
Develop a good UI, implement machine learning algorithm and model and finally fetching the details to generate the desired output.
What's next for No Broker
We can if provide base price of the property so that user knows what he needs to pay as a minimum amount.
