Inspiration

Increasing demand of machine learning and lack of real life applications of machine learning to enhance our lives inspired us to work on this project

What it does

It calculates tentative rent price of a property based on different attributes , it also helps users to submit details about property so that interested people can interact and get sorted data as per our as per preferences. It also helps to look for properties in specific areas.

How we built it

We built it on different platforms, there was centralized RESTful Api ,to execute all the machine learning algorithms, manage data and do some other tasks like caching data. we built an web app for Android applications to preform user specific tasks and help them make their lives easier.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into multiple challenges like looking for proper economic hosting platforms, synchronizing all the platforms to utilize benefits of a machine learning. Along with this designing a beautiful and attractive website was also a challenge. But we did it pretty good.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The site works pretty good and it works for the most of the features it meant to be. The Machine Learning algo also works really good.
