Businesses today rely on multiple disconnected tools for HR, attendance, payroll, finance, projects, and operations. This creates duplicate work, scattered data, and time-consuming manual processes.

I wanted to build a single AI-native workspace where teams can manage their daily operations while AI agents handle repetitive tasks.

What it does

NNEXSORA is an AI-native Company Operating System that combines workforce management and business operations into one platform.

How I built it

The platform is built using:

  • Next.js

  • Tailwind CSS
  • Supabase
  • PostgreSQL
  • OpenAI API
  • OCR
  • Vercel

Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, Row Level Security (RLS), and realtime synchronization while OpenAI powers intelligent workflow automation.

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challenge was designing a secure multi-company architecture where every company remains completely isolated.

Another challenge was ensuring AI assists users without making sensitive business decisions automatically. AI can extract, summarize, and recommend information, but approvals always remain under human control.

What we learned

Building an enterprise platform is more than creating features. Security, permissions, scalability, and user experience are equally important.

I also learned that AI becomes far more valuable when it performs work inside business workflows rather than simply answering questions.

What's next for NNEXSORA

Next, I plan to introduce AI agents capable of executing end-to-end business workflows, deeper automation across departments, predictive analytics, and support for more countries and compliance requirements.
