NJIT Schedule/Google Calendar Integrator

NJIT is growing school with 11,000 enrollments. This schedule integrator will streamline student's ability to update course schedules directly to Google Calendar, a user friendly scheduler.

Inspiration

As Seniors within NJIT we have always dealt with constantly fulfilling this meticulous task of scheduling every semester. We thought this would be meaningful for future and current students.

What it does

This schedule translator uses UiPath, robotic process automation a free software for the community. The student will log into the NJIT pipeline and pathway scrapes information from registrars page and from the student's schedule and organizes it directly to their google calendar.

We all never had experience with UiPath before and there was a learning curve that lingered throughout the project.
