Inspiration
Inspiration The inspiration behind the NJ Blogs App came from a desire to create a powerful platform that blends creativity, knowledge, and technology into one accessible hub. As a passionate storyteller, medical doctor, and self-taught tech enthusiast, I wanted to build something meaningful that could uplift, educate, and entertain users worldwide—especially those from underrepresented communities.
What it does The NJ Blogs App is a dynamic content platform that covers a wide range of categories such as personal development, health and wellness, travel, technology, finance, cooking, life hacks, children’s stories, and more. It features engaging blog posts, motivational articles, fast food recipe videos, DIY tutorials, and animated stories—available across mobile and desktop. Now integrated with Google’s Gemini API, the app delivers smarter content recommendations and interactive AI-driven experiences.
How I built it I started with zero formal training in computer science. Using online tutorials, I learned app development and gradually designed the NJ Blogs App. I used AI tools, open-source frameworks, and Google technologies, and later added the Gemini API to improve user interaction and personalization. Agentforce was the name of the project under which I refined and packaged the final version for submission to the Google Gemini API Developer Competition.
