Inspiration

I believe the NIL landscape in College Football is one which has been around since 2021 but there is a lack of clarity in various different areas, one of them is the NIL evaluation. I wanted to help clarify that a bit and this project is a start towards that.

What it does

This projects helps that evaluation by the way of a NIL score which is dependent on a few factors like raw stats, social media branding or presence , Sport they play etc

How I built it

I built it using Claude code and DevPost's Hackathon plugin which uses Spec driven development

Challenges I ran into

Scoring is a challenge and work in progess. How to add weights for the various scoring category has been an ongoing learning experience.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I am proud to have learnt a lot about the NIL landscape and also using Claude code vibe coding ability along with the Spec driven development aspect

What I learned

I am learning everyday about the actual complexities of College NIL scoring and how it can be used. I am still exploring actual uses for a tool like this.

What's next for NIL Persona

NIL Persona right now exists only for College Football, this will be extended for other College Sports soon.
