Inspiration

The expression nihil timendum est (nothing should be feared). One should not fear death. They should fear the failure of using their time wisely. One must use their time to obtain the highest level of success. There is merit in the cliche get rich or die trying.

What it does

Teaches users how to live with purpose. One must have a vision for the future. Leaders do not make excuses for themselves. Users will learn how to take risks to increase their personal confidence.

How we built it

I used a javascript, html, css, and github.

Challenges we ran into

I worked 16 hours straight trying to come up with a unique story that could be combined with basic technology to provide a compelling story. The scenarios were the most difficult things to come up with.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Not only did I build something, but I built something that is meaningful, stable, flexible, and teaches users a lesson. It is a great project to share with others. It will teach them how to make good decisions.

What we learned

I learned how to work with focused discipline to reach a specific goal. More specifically I learned that one must value learning above everything else. This will lead one to all of the right choices. By doing this one will opt for the situation that will give them the most opportunities to learn, particularly with hands-on work like web programming. I am grateful to have a place that has people and mentors who can inspire and teach me. I used their advice or guidance to develop the best project of my life. There is never enough time, thank you for yours.

What's next for Nihil Timendum Est (Faith Over Fear)

As Sun Tzu said, "The consummation of forming an army is to arrive at formlessness Victory in war is not repetitious, but adapts its form endlessly A military force has no constant formation, water has no constant shape: The ability to gain victory by changing and adapting according to the opponent is called genius." Then next step is to develop Aut Viam Inveniam Aut Faciam E Pluribus Unum Nihil Timendum Est Vivre Sans Temps Mort.
