Inspiration
While brainstorming for Blood Warriors, we initially focused on acquisition, finding new donors. But a deeper look revealed a critical insight: the real challenge isn't the first donation, it's the second. Blood banks struggle with a massive drop-off after a donor's first visit. The problem isn't just logistical; it's psychological. Donors often feel like a number, their contribution anonymous, and their experience unacknowledged, We have also identified another issue with data, there is not a wealth of data available for us to use in this domain, India specific so we realized our project should also
This inspired Project Pavlov. The name is deliberate. We wanted to move beyond simple "thank you" notes and build a system based on positive reinforcement. We learned that to turn a one-time act into a habit, you must create a powerful, positive feedback loop. Our goal is to condition a feeling of immense value and purpose with the act of donation.
We’ve attached photos and a repo that provides a look into our vision into the topics discussed and the reasoning behind our solution, we were informed in the last Q&A session that making a prototype would help make our case better and that it is not against the rules.
