Nightcall Pays — PayPal Sandbox Payout Agent

Nightcall Pays closes the loop: a production alert goes in, a verified fix and a real PayPal sandbox payout come out.

Feed it an alert (title, stack trace, failing endpoint). The agent reproduces the failure in a sandbox, triages it with an LLM, writes a patch, re-runs tests red-to-green, and — only if fixed:true with an evidence bundle — emits a PayPal sandbox Payout (POST /v1/payments/payouts, EMAIL batch) plus invoice tracking. No green tests, no money.

Live proof (sandbox, no real money): OAuth client_credentials + payout batch 8JA68QNQEXZ3S returned paid:true on api-m.sandbox.paypal.com with payouts+invoicing+webhooks scope. 11/11 Jest tests green (validation, payload, mocked OAuth/payout, loop pays-only-if-fixed). Live mode is blocked by default (PAYPAL_ALLOW_LIVE required).

Setup: npm install, npm test, copy .env.example to .env with your own sandbox Client ID/Secret, set FIXER_EMAIL to a sandbox business email, run node dist/src/index.js. Secrets stay in local .env, never in the repo.
