Inspiration

The increasing number of producers has led to this interesting idea and discovery of the unfair revenue distribution for new artists. We wanted to see that being a producer can be a sustainable career and not just another meme that producers are always poor. Have you heard of the meme: "What's the difference between a producer and a pizza? A pizza can feed a family while a producer cannot." And the reason behind this scenario is that the industry is favoring too little on new and upcoming artists, hence the idea for a decentralized platform to ensure that people can feed themselves, by pursuing their passion and dreams.

What it does

It allows artists no matter big or small to monetize their content. Whether it's art, music or even images, producers and artists are welcomed to join in to have a more equitable revenue gain in the industry.

How we built it

We used NextJS and ShadCN as the frontend for our project, while intergrating Web5 js API to perform end to end integrations within our web app.

Challenges we ran into

The docs could be improved. We had some troubles understanding how to properly create and query the DWN using react. Specifically NextJS. However, kudos to have such groundbreaking
