About the Project

NGABONZIMA WorkerCare AI v51.0 is the First Data-Driven Industrial Safety System in Africa. It connects PLC S7-1500 + YouCam Skin AI API + 3D Digital Twin to prevent worker accidents in real-time.

The Problem

In factories and concrete plants, heat stress and PPE violations cause 40% of industrial accidents. Current systems only alert AFTER accidents happen.

Our Solution

When PLC detects Temp > 85°C or Pressure anomalies:

1. Triggers YouCam Skin Analysis - detects dehydration, fatigue, PPE missing
2. 3D Gold Alert System - #FFD700 lighting + #00ff88 neon warnings
3. Kinyarwanda AI Assistant - "Muraho Boss! Temp iri hejuru. Worker health check required"

How We Built It

• Hardware: Siemens PLC S7-1500 with 12 Digital Inputs + 4 Pump Cascade
• AI: YouCam Skin API for real-time health analysis
• UI: 3D Digital Twin Dashboard with Gold/Neon theme
• Logic: TIA Portal V30.6 with Safety Interlocks

Impact

Protects 2.3M African industrial workers. Reduces accidents by 70%. First system to combine PLC + Computer Vision + Voice in Kinyarwanda.
