Free-to-play, play-to-earn, NFT based, fantasy hockey managers’ game.

What we've done on Metabuild

During the hackathon, we've developed smart contracts generating main game events.

What's next for NFT Hockey

Improving the interface, connecting marketplace smart contracts, adding NFT, and based on them game mechanics.

Where we are

Group of students from Kharkiv, Ukraine. Our team has grown more than three times since Near.Hack where we started. Right now we are in the process of developing Proof of Concept.

Gameplay

Main sections:

marketplace: buying/selling game objects, player packs, auctions, drafts;
game: PvE or PvP matches, the user performs as a coach, changing tactics and lineups;
managers department: ruling team processes;
training center: improving players by NFT staking, or merging NFTs.

Core features:

crypto-processes as game actions (such as minting, staking, lending, etc.) to bring mass-adoption closer;
interactive gameplay — we are doing a hockey game that will be not only interesting to play but also to watch.

Game objects:

player cards — main objects. From players, you build a team, with the team you win games. You can improve players in different ways;
staff cards — everybody who can improve team performance: coach, scout, doctor, etc.;
tactics cards — special in-game boosts you buy and are able to use only once, after using, it automatically will be sent to the marketplace;
equipment — NFT objects you can merge with the player card after the previous two cards will burn and a new one will be minted.

Inspiration

Opportunity to create something new, working in a team, creative implementation, the modernity of the idea, creation and popularization of a new trend in games in general, and GameFi in particular.

What it does

We a developing an NFT-based sports game, that will give you an opportunity to earn money by playing hockey, using your intelligence and strategic thinking.
