Inspired by the security features of Blockchain Technology and the growth of NFT.
What it does
It identifies the fake certificates. Time consumption is low for the verification process. So, it makes the verification process easy. It secures the certificates.
How we built it
We built our own nft marketplace using React.js and Solidity language. Reactjs is used for the entire UI of our nft marketplace. Solidity is a language which is used for writing smart contracts. We have also used infura API and pinata ipfs to secure certificates . We have created a Private Ethereum Network for our project.
Challenges we ran into
We faced many challenges in our project. We worked for five months for this project. Many errors were raised when using reactjs and during creating a private ethereum network. We faced an issue while deploying a smart contract in a private test network.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We have participated in the grand finale of Smart India Hackathon hardware edition 2022. It was conducted by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
What we learned
We learned many things during this project. We learned more about reactjs by debugging the errors. And also we learned a lot during creating a private ethereum network. We learned to create a server and merge multiple servers to build the peer to peer decentralized distributed network.
What's next for NFT CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We have planned to extend our project for all the necessary dependencies in our daily life like Land registration certificates, School marksheets, driving license etc. We are trying to connect our private ethereum network with our nft platform.
