A hackathon is a sprint, but building something lasting is a marathon.
I've spent the past couple of weeks forking the repo and refactoring the entire project. The goal was to build the solid foundation that a 72-hour deadline doesn't allow for.
The codebase is much cleaner now, most of the initial bugs are gone, and the whole experience feels more stable and polished. For anyone who stumbles upon this in the future, the journey continues.
