Inspiration E-commerce companies handle millions of customer support requests daily, leading to delays, high costs, and frustrated customers. We wanted to create a fast, secure, and automated support system that reduces resolution time, enhances trust, and improves customer experience.

What It Does Nexus is an AI-powered autonomous customer support platform that:

Handles e-commerce returns and support requests automatically.

Uses NVIDIA AI to analyze product images for damage verification.

Leverages Solana blockchain to securely verify all transactions.

Provides instant voice & text-based AI support for seamless customer interactions.

Example: A customer reports a damaged product → Nexus analyzes the image → Confirms the issue → Approves a replacement in seconds → Logs the transaction securely on Solana.

How We Built It AI Processing: Used NVIDIA AI for image recognition to verify product damages.

Blockchain Security: Implemented Solana blockchain to securely track returns and refunds.

Natural Language Processing (NLP): Integrated GPT-based AI for automated customer interactions.

Frontend & Backend: Developed a React.js frontend with a Node.js and Python backend to connect AI and blockchain.
