Inspiration

From Pandhurna, Madhya Pradesh (Tier-3, 45,000 population), I watched friends lose ₹50,000 to fake internships, abandon startup ideas from confusion, and burn out chasing goals alone. ChatGPT gives answers, not systems. Students need an Operating System, not another chatbot.

I'm building for the 200M Indian students who don't have Silicon Valley mentors — just hustle.

What it does

NEXUS AI is 5 agentic AI agents in one glassmorphism dashboard:

1. GoalPilot — Breaks "Learn AI" into weekly missions, daily tasks, tracks 12-day streaks, gives AI feedback 2. Startup Co-Founder — 4 agents (CEO/CTO/Marketing/Finance) debate your idea, generate SWOT, Business Model Canvas, MVP features, Startup Score (8.4/10) 3. Scam Shield — Paste any offer/URL → Trust Score, Risk Analysis, Red Flags (detected 8.2K+ scams in demo) 4. Hackathon Coach — Idea → tech stack → roadmap → pitch deck → demo script in 5 minutes 5. Career Navigator — Skill gap analysis, 6-month roadmap for AI Engineer, project suggestions

How we built it

Frontend: React + TypeScript + Vite (441KB optimized build, zero errors) Design: Tailwind CSS + Framer Motion — glassmorphism, neon blue (#00d4ff) / purple (#8b5cf6), dark mode, inspired by Linear/Notion/Vercel AI Layer: Designed for Gemini API (agentic workflows, multi-agent collaboration) Architecture: Component-based, 6 specialized workspaces, responsive

Challenges we ran into

  1. Agentic vs Chatbot — Making 5 agents feel autonomous, not just prompts. Solved with distinct personas and workflows.
  2. Design at Tier-3 — No design team. Learned glassmorphism from scratch, 20+ iterations for premium SaaS feel.
  3. Performance — Initial build 2.1MB. Optimized to 441KB with code splitting.
  4. Real problem validation — Tested with 15 friends in Pandhurna, 12 reported fake internship attempts.

What we learned

Agentic AI isn't about better prompts — it's about orchestration. GoalPilot needs memory, Startup Co-Founder needs debate, Scam Shield needs scoring. Each agent is a product.

What's next for NEXUS AI

Phase 1 (2 weeks): Firebase Auth, Firestore, real Gemini integration, save goals/XP Phase 2 (1 month): Launch beta to 1,000 students, add WhatsApp agent, regional languages Phase 3 (3 months): Partner with colleges for scam database, raise pre-seed, hire from Tier-3

Vision: Make Pandhurna the AI capital for student success. 10 lakh is just fuel.
