Every enterprise has software to manage customers, operations, and analytics—but none has software that remembers how it makes decisions. We believe that's the next category of enterprise AI, and NEXUS is building it.

Inspiration

Every high-impact decision begins with assumptions.

Should we enter a new market? Launch a new product? Expand manufacturing? Increase hiring? Invest in AI?

These decisions shape the future of organizations and involve millions—or even billions—of dollars. Yet once they are made, the reasoning behind them gradually disappears into presentations, spreadsheets, emails, dashboards, and conversations.

Months later, leaders ask the same questions:

What We Built

NEXUS is an AI Decision Twin—a living digital representation of how an organization makes strategic decisions.

Instead of producing isolated AI responses, NEXUS transforms every decision into a continuously evolving Decision Twin. It captures assumptions, connects them through a living Decision Graph, simulates alternative futures, explains every recommendation, verifies outcomes against reality, and continuously learns from every resolved decision.

Every interaction strengthens the Decision Twin.

We built NEXUS as a cloud-native Decision Intelligence platform rather than a traditional AI application.

Large Language Models provide strategic reasoning and explain every recommendation.

GraphRAG transforms disconnected information into a living Decision Graph, connecting assumptions, evidence, risks, dependencies, and outcomes into a continuously evolving knowledge network.

Future simulation explores multiple possible scenarios before decisions are made, allowing organizations to evaluate trade-offs before committing resources.

Every verified outcome continuously recalibrates the Decision Twin, allowing recommendations to become more accurate over time instead of starting from zero with every conversation.

The platform is built with React, TypeScript, and Vercel for a fast, immersive user experience, while FastAPI powers a scalable backend optimized for intelligent workflows.

The architecture follows cloud-native, event-driven design principles to support production-ready enterprise decision intelligence.

Challenges We Faced

Building intelligent software wasn't our biggest challenge.

Building trustworthy intelligence was.

We needed to design a system capable of explaining every recommendation, preserving organizational reasoning over time, maintaining consistency across interconnected decisions, continuously learning from real-world outcomes, and remaining transparent enough for people to trust its recommendations.

Balancing explainability, scalability, verification, and continuous learning required us to rethink how AI should support enterprise decision-making.

What We Learned

Developing NEXUS fundamentally changed how we think about artificial intelligence.
