Inspiration

Next Round was inspired by the challenges faced by job seekers in understanding the requirements of recruiters and effectively preparing for interviews. From personal experiences and empathy for students struggling with placements, the tool aims to bridge the gap between applicants and recruiters by using AI to provide personalized, data-driven interview preparation.

What it does

Next Round simplifies interview preparation with AI-powered tools that:

How we built it

We built Next Round using a tech stack that includes:

LangChain and ChromaDB for embeddings, document storage, and retrieval. LLMs integrated via APIs for inference and natural language understanding. Tools for contextual analysis of resumes and job descriptions, leveraging data science and machine learning. A user-friendly interface to ensure accessibility and ease of use for all applicants.

Challenges we ran into
