Small businesses lose 30-40% of inbound calls to voicemail. Most callers never leave a message — they just call the next provider. Traditional answering services cost $300-800/mo and still miss after-hours calls. We built NextPhone to solve this.

What it does

NextPhone is an AI receptionist that answers business phone calls 24/7. It picks up in under 2 seconds, answers caller questions (trained on your website), qualifies leads, and books appointments directly into your calendar or CRM. It handles up to 20 simultaneous calls in 20+ languages.

How we built it

Built on Next.js and Supabase with VAPI for voice AI, Stripe for billing, and Vercel for deployment. Integrates with 100+ tools via Zapier, including Google Calendar, HubSpot, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and Clio.

What's next

Expanding integrations, adding multi-location support for franchises, and building deeper vertical features for legal intake and HVAC dispatch workflows.
