Inspiration

Small and mid-sized businesses want to invest in their teams—but most learning and development (L&D) tools are either too generic, too expensive, or too disconnected from real outcomes. We were inspired to build a platform that bridges this gap by making skills assessment and targeted upskilling both accessible and insightful.

What it does

NextLeap is a smart L&D platform designed for growing teams. It offers:

  NextLeap helps HR and team leaders move from guesswork to growth—fast. ## How we built it We built NextLeap as a web-based platform with mobile responsiveness in mind.
