The Nexteria team was excited to develop a web app that could help fill gaps created by the COVID-19 pandemic in towns and cities. Our app enables users to discover these gaps, which can be filled with new ventures or businesses. Whether you want to open a hotel or a restaurant, our app shows you the best location for your business based on the number of synergies and competition in the area.
By analyzing data on business closures and local economic trends, our app helps businesses make informed decisions about where to open their ventures. This not only benefits individual businesses but also contributes to the economic development of the city, promotes tax collection, and enables the city to add public amenities such as hospitals and other facilities where they are most needed.
By attracting new investment and promoting the growth of the local business community, our app helps to support the recovery and revitalization of towns and cities. It also provides valuable data to city planners and policymakers, who can use this information to make informed decisions about public services and infrastructure investments.
We utilized a variety of programming languages, including Python, as well as design tools like Figma and Bubble, to build this powerful and innovative web app.
