InspirationThe Story Behind NEXORA BizFlow
Inspiration
We noticed that many small business owners receive digital payments every day but still struggle to manage transactions, track expenses, reconcile invoices and understand their actual cash flow. This inspired us to create NEXORA BizFlow, a smart embedded finance platform designed to simplify financial management for small businesses.
About Our Project
NEXORA BizFlow brings financial information together through a consent-based approach. It uses data analytics and AI/ML techniques to categorise transactions, match payments with invoices, identify unusual activities and predict short-term cash flow. It aims to help merchants make better financial decisions and prepare structured financial reports.
How We Plan to Build It
We are developing the solution using React for the frontend, Python FastAPI for the backend and PostgreSQL for data management. Python libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn support financial analysis, forecasting and anomaly detection. Our initial prototype uses sample financial data, with future integration planned through authorised financial partners.
What We Learned
Through this project, we explored open banking, embedded finance, financial APIs, AI-powered analytics, data privacy and secure financial data sharing.
Challenges
Understanding India's financial ecosystem, designing reliable transaction-matching logic, selecting suitable ML techniques and ensuring data security were key challenges.
Our Vision
We aim to empower small businesses with smarter financial tools, making financial management simpler, safer and more accessible.
