Inspiration
Many people enthusiastically make new year resolution but are unable to keep it till the end. This app is made to keep reminding such people with additional resources and guide to complete their goals!
What it does
We can create account and store our new year resolutions and even schedule some self-help books videos to be sent at our whatsapp to keep us motivated and on the track.
How we built it
- Backend is made using Django for authentication and celery beat as a scheduling service.
- frontend using svelte
- firebase is used to store/retrieve/update/delete resolutions in real-time.
- twilio to send resources on whatsapp (through celery beat)
What we learned
I learned how to use firebase with svelte, how to schedule tasks with celery, and how to use twilio whatsapp api.
