Inspiration
My friend mentioned how it was difficult to find accurate or reliable information about current political events due to bias and the vast amount of information out there.
What it does
Our web application summarizes two articles covering the same topic that are hail from two differently leaning news publishers.
How we built it
We utilize a react.js front end with a flask back end to find and summarize articles to a local json file and display those on our website.
Challenges we ran into
Learning html , css, and react in order to complete our project; working in a collaborative setting where each individual's codes had to mesh together to create the end product.

adding articles for other topics, and creating a user friendly poll to gauge user's article preferences
