Inspiration

I was inspired by the theme of the hackathon "New Year New Hack." Seeing how the previous year 2020 turned out, I wanted to create something that would help everyone make the best out of the new year.

What it Does

This website helps users with their New Years Resolutions. The resolutions are organized into categories so it is easy for users to find what they want.

How I Built it

I used HTML and CSS to build the website using the code editor Visual Studio Code. I then uploaded the code to Github. I used images from the website Delesign.

Challenges I Ran Into

I was able to put together a project by myself and with limited knowledge of web development.

Accomplishments that I'm Proud of

I was able to create a consistent look throughout the whole website using CSS which was something I had limited knowledge on. I am also proud of creating a simple website all by myself along with uploading it to Github.

What I Learned

I was able to learn a lot about CSS along with practicing it. Especially with styling HTML classes.

What's next for New Year Resolution

I hope to create user input so that users can input suggestions for any resolutions. I also hope to create more categories.
