Inspiration

My teacher and my classmates inspired me to create this app. I heard stories about kids being lost and late to class and I knew there had to be an easy way to fix it. So my teacher told me about this app competition and I knew what I had to do.

What it does

This app can track approximately where you are in your school campus, it also can store your classes for kids who may forget.

How I built it

I build it using the MIT app inventor which has great tools for data collection and map tools which is handy for my app and what I was trying to accomplish.

Challenges I ran into

I ran into a problem of how do I create a map that is easy to use and has the ability to track the user. But with my persevering mindset and the great tools in my app inventor I solved the problem.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I’m proud of all the work and time I put into this app. And how this app could help students in the future. Because I want to leave this world better than I found it and this app helps accomplish that.

What I learned

I learned how to design my own app and to preserve through tough challenges. Furthermore I learned that perseverance and a great mindset are needed to accomplish things for people in need.

What's next for Never Lost Again

I hope to design more apps for other schools and to insure that we no longer have kids who are lost around the halls of there campus.
