Healthcare today is often reactive—patients seek treatment after symptoms appear. We envisioned a future where technology makes healthcare proactive, predictive, and personalized. Inspired by digital twins in industries like aerospace and smart cities, we asked: What if every individual had a living digital replica of their health? That question gave birth to NeuroWell – Digital Health Twin.

What it does

NeuroWell creates a personalized digital twin of a person’s health, powered by AI, IoT sensors, and medical records. It continuously learns from real-time data and simulates possible health outcomes.

Monitors vital signs and lifestyle patterns.

Predicts risks of diseases using AI models.

Provides preventive health recommendations.

Acts as a virtual doctor’s assistant with multilingual support.

Enables secure sharing of digital twin insights with healthcare providers.

How we built it

Data Layer: Integrated wearable IoT devices, medical history, and lifestyle data streams.

AI & ML Models: Trained predictive models for anomaly detection, disease risk forecasting, and personalized recommendations.

Platform: Developed a cloud-based system to host and update digital twins in real-time.

Interface: Built an intuitive dashboard and chatbot assistant for patients and doctors to interact with the digital twin.

Security: Implemented blockchain-based data integrity and end-to-end encryption for privacy.
