Inspiration
Mental health struggles often go unnoticed until they reach a critical point. We wanted to create a proactive tool that helps people recognize their emotional trends early and make better decisions for their wellbeing. The idea was born from the realization that mental health is invisible until we make it visible through data.
What it does
NeuroPulse is a web-based platform that lets users track their mood, stress, and sleep patterns through simple daily check-ins. The data is transformed into intuitive visualizations like: Mood Over Time Graphs Emotional Heatmaps Stress Gauges Trigger Correlation Charts NeuroPulse detects emotional decline patterns and nudges the user with personalized insights or suggests reaching out for help before burnout or anxiety takes over.
How we built it
I built It using the very Popular Programming language Called React
Challenges we ran into
Designing visualizations that were clear yet emotionally resonant Balancing privacy and usefulness showing trends without overcomplication Creating a fun, friendly UI while still addressing a serious topic Time constraints on implementing real-time pattern detection
