NeuroNotes

Inspiration

It was originally a personal project idea Brielle had.

What it does

It allows you to take notes and record lectures as well as download the recording. The screen is split between a note-taking side and a game that requires minimal thinking, which increases focus for people with ADHD.

How we built it

We used the React.js environment as well as Node.js with Javascript, HTML, and CSS.

Challenges we ran into

We had trouble with displaying the game and deployment.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of completing our basic idea for the application and not giving up.

What we learned

We learned more about different React features as well as the Media Recorder API.

What's next for NeuroNotes

To have a transcription feature and ability to timestamp when you type during the recording. Another feature to add would be adding different game options.
