Mental health challenges like stress, anxiety, and burnout are rising globally, yet access to affordable, personalized care remains limited. Many people hesitate to seek help due to stigma or cost. We wanted to build a safe, accessible, and AI-powered mental health companion that supports users in their daily lives.
What it does
NeuroAid is an AI mental health companion that:
1.Tracks mood, stress, and sleep patterns
2.Provides personalized coping strategies using generative AI
3.Offers guided meditation, breathing exercises, and journaling
4.Detects early signs of stress, anxiety, or depression
5.Connects users with professional resources if needed
It’s like having a private mental health assistant in your pocket.
How we built it
Frontend: Flutter (cross-platform, Android-ready for Play Store release)
Backend: Node.js with secure REST APIs
Database: Firebase + MySQL for mood tracking and analytics
AI: OpenAI GPT + sentiment analysis models for personalized advice
Security: End-to-end encryption for journals and mood logs
Integrations: Google Fit / Apple Health for wellness tracking
