Inspiration Neuro-Tec was inspired by how difficult it is to connect scattered thoughts, memories, goals, and daily commitments into one understandable picture. What it does Neuro-Tec turns confirmed context into a private, interactive graph. Users can capture ideas through text or a Word Dump, organize memories, connect goals with relevant calendar events, receive supportive check-ins, and explore their progress through a conceptual 3D brain visualization. How we built it We built Neuro-Tec primarily with Jac and the current Jaseci runtime. Jac nodes and typed edges represent memories, goals, actions, regions, calendar summaries, and check-ins. Private walkers handle authenticated workflows and graph traversal. Typed AI functions propose classifications and suggestions, while deterministic Jac logic validates every proposal before changing the graph. The interface uses Jac client components with Three.js interoperability for the 3D visualization. Challenges we ran into Our biggest challenges were working with evolving Jac syntax, maintaining strict private-root isolation, coordinating authenticated walkers with the client, and creating a useful 3D visualization without presenting it as a medical or biological measurement. We also designed manual fallbacks so core workflows remain usable without an AI provider. Accomplishments that we're proud of We created a coherent graph-native application instead of a conventional REST and database wrapper. Neuro-Tec preserves provenance, confidence, rationale, and user corrections; keeps private data behind authenticated boundaries; and gives users final control over what becomes persistent memory or an approved action. What we learned We learned that AI is most trustworthy when it proposes rather than decides. Combining typed proposals, deterministic validation, user confirmation, and graph-based provenance creates an experience that is both useful and accountable. What's next for Neuro-Tec Next, we plan to complete live provider verification, strengthen persistent deployment, expand the brain explorer’s history tools, improve offline behavior and accessibility, and prepare Neuro-Tec for deployment through Jac Scale.
