We believe that personal growth and meaningful connection are core to well-being — yet both are often invisible and hard to sustain. Neucity was born from the idea of making growth tangible, engaging, and shared. Inspired by neuroplasticity, gamified learning, and digital companionship, we set out to build a space where every meaningful action counts.

Neucity is a gamified self-growth platform where users begin with a personal spirit — a visual, evolving reflection of their inner growth. • Earn EXP through learning, connecting with others, and participating in live sessions. • Use Cyphers, the in-app currency, to unlock AI coaching, decorate your spirit’s home, or join collaborative growth quests. • Engage in self-reflection, explore resources, and build meaningful relationships — all while watching your spirit grow.

🛠️ How we built it

We used continuous prompting via Bolt/ChatGPT to rapidly iterate on system logic, coach personas, and user flow design. Prototypes were developed to explore functionality like EXP/Cypher mechanics, spirit evolution, and AI coach interactions.
