Inspiration: The crisis caused by the outbreak of the COVID-19 exposed vulnerabilities of the current business models, which are static and not meant for the times of crisis.
What it does: proposes a new business model canvas with essential elements to build up your company's resilience in the recovery phase and preparedness for future shocks.
How I built it: in three steps: firstly, by adapting the original Business Model Canvas to make it more human-focused and lean; secondly by adding ESG criteria to make it more resilient; thirdly, by filtering it through scenarios with the top 3 global risks.
