NetWorkIt

Inspiration

We are a group of Wharton MBA students. While "networking" is one of our primary reasons for pursuing an MBA, we do not have a tool to effectively build, manage, and leverage our network. This is the inspiration for NetWorkIt.

What it does

Navi uses AI to help you intelligently query and action upon your network. For example, you can ask the assistant to help you with the following query "I’m starting a FinTech App. Who should I reach out to? Send them a text message asking for to setup a coffee chat. The assistant will take care of the rest.

How we built it

We have integrated with various social media (for eg. LinkedIn) to ingest data around the individual's network (background, experiences, skills, etc.). LLMs use this data to enable smart querying. Integrations with messaging apps, calendars, etc. enable the assistant to be action-oriented

Challenges we ran into

Collecting all of the data we wanted for a given relationship.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The complexity of tasks that the assistant can handle. The fact that the assistant can provide answers and / or take action on requests on-demand is very cool.

What's next for NetWorkIt

We will make the product more robust and use it as a prototype for our MBA friends to test. If the feedback is positive, we may take this project to the next-level.
