There is no excuse to 'loose touch' any more
We live in an age with Facebook and LinkedIn, where communicating has never been easier, and yet we still leave many of our old contacts behind. Once they're out of our day-to-day lives, we loose track what they're up to, and pretty soon both people practically are practically strangers.
This doesn't have to happen!
So we created NetworkIn (net-were-kin)
NetworkIn is designed to keep you informed about the history, new and old, of the people you're connected to on LinkedIn.
The gameplay itself is most similar to a trivia game, where two parties (yourself, and someone you're connected to) get 5 questions about the education, work experiences, and life events of your contacts, and 60 each person has seconds to answer all 5 questions.
Users with the most points at the end of the match win, and users are able to see an up to date leaderboard to compare how they fare compared to their other connections.
Although simple in concept, the game is extremely effective at demonstrating how little people know about the people they're connected to, especially with people who have over 100+ connections.
So what?
By getting users to learn more about their connections, users are more likely to reconnect with those lost users, and turn their connections into a productive relationships.
By using modern design, a cross platform base, and simple, easy to understand gameplay we're trying to make it accessible for everyone.
