💡 My Inspiration: A WhatsApp Group for "Patio Madmen with Spaceships" Initially, I created a WhatsApp group called NetThinking, gathering those I called "Locos de patio con naves espaciales" (Patio madmen with spaceships). My immediate intention was to connect leaders from different countries who were generating real impact—people lifting others out of poverty, running foundations, or using sports as a tool for transformation. This was the very reason I began my nomadic life: traveling across LATAM to find and connect them. 🇨🇴🇵🇪🇨🇱🇲🇽

On WhatsApp, they only saw phone numbers, not identities or purposes. I decided to create a manual directory using a form where they uploaded their data and photos so I could build individual PDF profiles in Canva. Rapidly, the manual updating and individual design became unsustainable. I couldn't dedicate my entire day to making PDFs. I needed to automate.

In late May, I came across an Instagram reel that made total sense in my head. I evaluated it for several days, and it aligned perfectly with advice I had received about turning my directory into a real business. So, I signed up for the Hackathon.

To give the project seriousness during the competition, and to continue my purpose of gathering my "patio madmen," I renamed the WhatsApp group "El Hangar" (the place where spaceships park, prepare for launch, and where everyone helps each other). I started calling these people "Singular Minds with Improbable Ideas," but I soon realized that we all are, and we all have something to share with the world: our human singularity.

❗️The Tech Wall & The Discarded MVP In early February 2026, I made my first attempt at a directory using Antigravity. At that time, I never intended to build a "platform"; I simply wanted to transform my manual PDF directory into an automated app.

Without programming experience, a code error stalled the project, compounded by Gemini blocking me for mistaking me for a bot.

Upon arriving in Lima in April, conversations with various people led me to a third party who built an MVP for me. However, I discarded it completely. I saw it as a traditional business that totally lost the altruistic, human-centric vision I had for the network. So, I returned to Antigravity.

✔️ The Hackathon Inflection Point This hackathon was the ultimate catalyst. It forced me to think beyond a closed altruistic network and structure a project with a real, scalable business model. This led to intense months of arduous work and self-funding:

🗓️ Late May - Early June: Doubts, analysis, and viability discussions. 🗓️ June: Resuming and reformulating the idea. 🗓️ July: I began calling my founders.

Between July 6-11, I formed a seed group of 73 "founders," of which about 20 have been actively testing. These real-world tests exposed structural errors in my No-Code architecture. Instead of pushing for sales with an unstable product, I halted monetization entirely.

Since then, I have worked 14 to 18-hour days, right up until yesterday, August 16, fixing the architecture entirely on my own. This exhausting but wonderful process drove the ultimate pivot.

In early August, I realized NetThinking couldn't just be limited to problem-solving in "Mesas"; it needed to encompass the full spectrum of human knowledge transfer. I expanded the architecture into three core dimensions of connection:

☝🏼 The 'Mesas' (6-to-1): 1 Catalyst summoning 6 Consultants to dissolve a specific, complex challenge within a 55-minute dynamic. ✌🏼 The Radar (1-to-1): Direct peer-to-peer connection with an agenda that will connect to Google Calendar (to avoid double-booking), allowing direct scheduling or sending a Calendly-style link (my personal dream feature). 🤟🏼 The 'NetFlows' (1-to-Many): A space where a single Thinker puts their specific knowledge, services, and legacy at the disposal of the entire community. If offered for free, it is rewarded with NetCoins.

✈️ Building Solo: Understanding AI Building this entire ecosystem 100% solo meant learning to understand how AI truly works and improving my conversations with it (rather than just using 'prompts'). Initially, giving blind instructions broke the ecosystem. My biggest advantage was discovering that dividing the platform into different windows made it much easier to find errors.

Today, my process is iterative: I open a window, ask Antigravity to evaluate what is currently there, and once I confirm it understands the content, I ask for options and give precise instructions based on my design criteria and my purpose of provoking human connection and promoting collaboration through knowledge transfer. This has allowed me to achieve greater precision in aligning the platform's strategic vision with my personal purpose.

🛜 The Agent Ecosystem: AI to Empower Humans Leveraging the Gemini API, I built an autonomous ecosystem of agents:

🧠 Matías (Semantic AI): The core matchmaking and semantic search engine of the platform. His critical mission is to intelligently connect compatible profiles, purposes, and minds. 🧠 The Mirror (Clarification AI): An empathetic agent designed to help users ground, structure, and organize their ideas clearly before summoning a 'Mesa'. 🧠 The Facilitator (Profiling Guide): Its objective is to professionally profile users by deeply analyzing the stories and life experiences they share naturally. 🧠 The Translator (Life & Business Strategist): Its mission is to completely destroy the "I have nothing to contribute syndrome" in experienced users, translating their journey into a high-value legacy for the community. 🧠 The Extractor (Mesa Analytics): In charge of automating minutes, tracking agreements, and accountability derived from one-on-one meetings, 'Mesas', and 'Salas'.

However, the actual resolution only happens through human-to-human connection.

🚀 Looking Forward NetThinking, beyond a tool or platform, is an action—a verb. It is "to do netthinking," an action any company can integrate into its business.

My future vision is to generate alliances for "soft landing" (like hotels and tools within the Google ecosystem) to move from the virtual to the physical world. The intention is that every service acquired through NetThinking includes discounts payable in 'NetCoins' (our collaborative currency). This will exponentially provoke human connection: more collaboration means greater benefits, bridging cutting-edge AI with genuine human legacy.
