Inspiration
“What an inspiration — to build not just an app, but a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern wellness.” Even science came from these ancient scripts only these are not just mythology but the hidden science. Do you know thing when did we know the distance between sun and earth in the year 1672 but in one line in hanuman chalisa it also say the distance between sun and earth in the year 1575.So one thing ancient days are more advanced than the present day and technology. In a world overflowing with noise, notifications, and the constant pressure to keep up there’s an undeniable yearning deep inside all of us: To pause. To breathe. To feel guided. To feel at peace. We asked ourselves — what if the answers to today’s mental unrest lie in the eternal verses of the Bhagavad Gita? What if AI could help translate not just the words, but the spiritual essence of Sanskrit into something deeply personal and meaningful for every student, every seeker? This app was born from a fusion of timeless philosophy and cutting-edge technology. We weren't just inspired by a hackathon prompt — we were inspired by inner transformation. This isn't just a project. It’s a companion for reflection, a teacher for the soul, and a mirror for your mind — using AI to bring clarity, calm, and cultural connection in a language that heals: Sanskrit. Because in the end, wellness isn’t just about working out or eating right. It’s about alignment. It’s about wisdom. And it’s about remembering who we truly are. I hope you please support my idea its really needed for this present generation.
What it does
it is a bridge between spirutual guidance and present ai technology This app serves as a digital spiritual companion that brings ancient wisdom into the modern world through AI. It allows users to: Ask real-life questions and receive personalized guidance powered by the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, interpreted by AI in natural language. Explore Sanskrit verses with deep, culturally accurate translations and explanations. Engage in mood-based daily reflections, where the app matches your emotions with verses and meditative suggestions. Hear Krishna's voice through AI-powered conversational experiences, offering both comfort and clarity in times of confusion. Learn Sanskrit meaningfully with AI-powered pronunciation tools and definitions. Unlock premium spiritual journeys, including meditation paths, goal guidance, and ethical decision-making — supported by RevenueCat's subscription logic. This is not just a chatbot. It’s not just an education tool. It’s a soulful sanctuary that merges Indian heritage with intelligent design — a tool to help users find peace, purpose, and perspective in daily life.
How we built it
We used Bolt.new as our primary builder platform. Here's how the tech stack came together: Bolt.new: For building the entire app logic and UI in record time Supabase: For securely storing quotes, verses, and user mood entries Dappier + 21st.dev + OpenAI: For intelligent multi-layer fallback AI architecture Sentry: To monitor performance, errors, and ensure stability RevenueCat: For in-app purchases, subscriptions, and monetization flow Netlify: For one-click deploy to production Entri + IONOS: For domain management and branding Tavus + ElevenLabs: For voice and video-based conversational AI (empathy engine) Lingo: To localize the spiritual experience into 85+ languages Our approach was not to just build features — but to build a feeling. Every element was designed to calm, to inspire, and to connect.
Challenges we ran into
Connecting ancient wisdom with today’s fast-paced, AI-powered world was not easy. Here’s what we struggled with: Bridging two worlds: It was genuinely difficult to design something that resonates with both the spiritual depth of ancient scriptures and the expectations of modern digital users. We wanted the app to feel as sacred as a temple, but also as smooth as a tech product. Limited token handling: Interpreting entire Sanskrit verses and philosophical answers with limited API token sizes was a challenge. Sometimes the spiritual message was too rich for AI token constraints, and we had to find creative ways to keep the essence intact. Layered AI complexity: We used a 3-tier fallback system — Dappier, 21st.dev, and OpenAI. Making these AI tools talk to each other without dropping user experience or meaning required fine-tuned logic. Balancing design and devotion: Every design decision had to be intentional — we didn’t want to create a product that just “looks good.” It had to feel aligned, culturally respectful, and emotionally authentic. That took multiple design iterations. Tool limitations: While no-code tools like Bolt.new helped us move fast, combining multiple APIs (voice, video, language, mood tracking, subscriptions) tested the limits of visual builders. We had to find workarounds that kept things stable without writing custom backend code. This project was a spiritual journey and a technical challenge. But through it all, we stayed anchored to the vision: to build a space where ancient wisdom meets everyday life.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
i did it solo. This was my very first hackathon — no prior experience, no prior exposure — just curiosity, commitment, and courage. I'm currently a first-year BTech student, with knowledge limited to C, C++, and some DSA. Competing against experienced developers, product builders, and startup founders felt intimidating — but I didn’t back down. Despite having no background in app development, I self-learned how to use AI tools, no-code platforms like Bolt.new, and integrated complex systems like RevenueCat, Supabase, and multi-layer AI in just a few days. I went from idea to full deployment — with domain, design, AI, analytics, subscriptions, and a full user experience — in a short time, solo. I overcame imposter syndrome, technical challenges, and time constraints to turn a deeply personal vision into a real, working product that reflects ancient values using modern tools. This project isn’t just a submission. It’s proof that with clarity, faith, and commitment — even someone just starting out can build something powerful, meaningful, and real.
What we learned
This project was much more than just building an app — it became a journey of spiritual discovery and personal growth. We learned that the Bhagavad Gita is not just a scripture but a source of emotional strength, clarity, and balance. Each verse opened our eyes to deeper truths about life, discipline, and focus. We discovered that AI is not only for productivity or automation — it can be deeply human and spiritual when applied with the right intention. AI can help interpret sacred texts, offer guidance, and bring inner peace to users if used wisely. On the technical side, we learned how no-code platforms like Bolt.new can empower even non-developers or early learners to build full-scale applications. We explored integrations with tools like RevenueCat, Supabase, Dappier, and Sentry — and realized how powerful the ecosystem is when combined. We also learned the importance of storytelling. Building features is one thing — but making users feel something, making them reflect, breathe, and feel guided — that’s what creates impact. Finally, we learned that it's possible to connect ancient Indian wisdom with cutting-edge modern tools in a way that is respectful, useful, and soulfully relevant for today’s generation.
