NestAI

Inspiration : Finding affordable and reliable student housing is a major challenge for students moving to new cities for college or exam preparation. Many students struggle to compare PGs, hostels, and flats within their budget.

What it does : NestAI is an AI-powered student housing finder that helps students discover PGs, hostels, and rental options based on their budget, location, and preferences.

How we built it : We built NestAI using modern web technologies and AI-assisted development tools. The frontend interface was designed with a modern mobile-first UI, while the backend logic manages PG listings, search functionality, and recommendation logic.

Challenges we ran into : One of the biggest challenges was building a functional prototype within a limited time while integrating search, UI design, and recommendation logic.

Accomplishments that we're proud of : We are proud that we built a working prototype that demonstrates how AI can simplify the student housing search process.

What we learned : During this project we learned how to quickly prototype ideas using AI tools, design user-centric interfaces, and integrate data-driven recommendations.
