Recruitment and interview screening can be time-consuming, repetitive, and stressful for both recruiters and candidates. Many companies struggle to efficiently evaluate large numbers of applicants, while candidates often lack access to realistic interview preparation and feedback.

Nervo was inspired by the idea of making interview preparation and candidate screening smarter, faster, and more accessible using AI-powered conversational workflows.

What it does

Nervo is an AI-powered interview workflow platform that automates interview simulations, candidate screening, and personalized feedback.

How we built it

We built Nervo as a full-stack AI-powered web application.
