Our inspiration was seeing how the process of finding a job can be limited in terms of what positions you consider yourself able to apply for. Our goal was to expand the horizon of possibilities a candidate has based on his aptitudes and areas he is passionate about. Companies that are willing to participate in this new way of recruiting would benefit from finding passionate, motivated employees that are excited to do professionally the things they love and have the most experience. This experience also decentralizes the recruiting process, allowing any employee of a company to serve as an "ambassador" for the company and make herself available during her free time (for a reward) to meet and chat with potential candidates based on proximity. The match would be based on an opening at the company to be within the area on interest and aptitude that a candidate selected during his sign up process.
