Inspiration

The internet is excellent at finding pages, products, and content, but it is still weak at routing real human needs to the right people.

When someone says, “I am traveling to Los Angeles and need someone local to verify whether a guide company is trustworthy,” a search engine can return websites and reviews. But it cannot reliably find a local person who can visit, verify, report, translate, and help the user make a decision.

When someone says, “I want to attend a BTS concert abroad, but I need trustworthy local information and people who understand the event,” existing platforms split the answer across search engines, social media, fan communities, travel apps, and messaging tools.

NeedGraph AI was inspired by this gap: many real-world problems are not just information problems. They are routing problems.

People need the right human, local helper, experience witness, knowledge holder, community, expert, or trusted provider at the right time.

What it does

NeedGraph AI is a global need-routing network.

Users describe what they need in their own language. The AI analyzes the request, extracts the real intent, classifies the need type, and creates a structured Need Card. Then it recommends the right type of person, network, or provider who can help solve that need.

NeedGraph AI can support needs such as:

  • Finding a local person to verify a company, location, school, venue, or service provider
  • Connecting with people who have direct experience with an event, place, product, service, or community
  • Finding trusted local helpers for travel, interpretation, inspection, or on-site reporting
  • Understanding conversations and recommending the people or networks needed next
  • Building temporary Need Rooms where multiple people can collaborate around one real-world need
  • Supporting multilingual communication through AI translation and summarization
