Inspiration

After learning about how freedom of speech is limited for many people, We decided to build a chat app that circumvents government censorship.

What it does

It uses blockchain and cryptosystems to send and verify messages on a decentralize peer to peer network.

How we built it

We used the bitcoin public/private key cryptosystem, and the blockchain for the message ledger.

Understanding network layers and the blockchain.
