Inspiration

Students today struggle with a fragmented digital ecosystem—different apps for chatting, studying, notes, and AI help. As students ourselves, we wanted to build one intelligent platform that simplifies student life. This inspired Nebula.

🚀 What it does

Nebula is an AI-powered Social Operating System for students. It combines social communication, AI assistance, study tools, and content creation into one seamless app to help students learn, collaborate, and stay productive.

🛠️ How we built it

We built Nebula using React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Firebase for authentication and real-time data. AI features are powered by Google GenAI (Gemini 2.5 Flash), with offline-first architecture for smooth performance even with low connectivity.
