Near Node on Akash

Inspiration

I am a member of Akash and I hope to run more applications on Akash.

What it does

It can deploy and run a NEAR rpc node or validator on Akash.

How we built it

I have deployed and learned how to deploy an Akash node on Akash, https://github.com/ovrclk/cosmos-omnibus, and this project has given me a lot of experience and inspiration.

Challenges we ran into

I encountered a lot of problems, such as how to deploy quickly, how to back up files, how to generate configuration, and so on.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It is easy to use and runs stably on Akash.

What we learned

I have a better understanding of the nodes and NEAR of the blockchain.

What's next for Near Node on Akash

I will further improve its stability and make sure that there is no bug.
