Inspiration

We created the first VPN that achieves mutual authentication with RODiT (digitally signed custom non fungible tokens). The experience of leveraging NEAR CLI in the terminal was that it was laborious, prone to errors and requires learning things that may not be documented in a single document.

Just like we need a way to make our life simpler, we are sure any other projects working with Internet of Things will find it handy to be able to handle implicit accounts, balances, tokens, etc, from a friendly interface.

What it does

It wraps NEAR CLI so you can perform common actions via menus.

How we built it

We use whiplash and dialogue, two Linux utilities

Sometimes people need something but they don't know they do.

What's next for NEAR CLI TUI for IoT

We will add the handling of Cableguard VPN tunnels, as part of the RODiT roadmap for IoT and API security, and we will assist in the development of the hardware side of things for the Partage Hotel project.
