Inspiration
The powerful capabilities of OpenAI and Langchain served as a major source of inspiration for the development of EduBotNCER . Also i want to improve user experience of our college website.
What it does
EduBotNCER uses Retrieval-Augmented generation Model and try to Answer the question ask by the user According to the knowledge base
How we built it
Using tools like Streamlit for the user interface and libraries like Langchain for language processing, I worked tirelessly to create a robust and user-friendly platform that meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Challenges we ran into
One significant hurdle I encountered was in creating the vector base, which forms the foundation of EduBotNCER's knowledge repository. This involved fetching and processing data from multiple website URLs, each with its own structure and formatting. Ensuring consistency and quality across these diverse sources required careful attention to detail and extensive testing.
What we learned
This project taught me lots of new technologies, like OpenAI, Langchain, and RAGmodel, etc.
What's next for EduBotNCER
Looking ahead, we're excited to continue refining and enhancing EduBotNCER to better meet the evolving needs of our students.
